This course teaches the fundamentals of Property & Casualty Insurance including laws pertaining to the marketing of Property & Casualty Insurance in the state of Kentucky. This course is designed to prepare the student for taking the State Property & Casualty Insurance Exams in order to get their insurance license and is required BEFORE a student can take their State Exams. Somerset Community College is an approved provider for the State of Kentucky Department of Insurance to offer the required 20 hours for pre-licensing for Property & Casualty agents.
