This course teaches the fundamentals of Life and Health Insurance including laws pertaining to the marketing of Life and Health Insurance in the state of Kentucky. This course is designed to prepare the student for taking the State Life & Health Insurance Exams in order to get their insurance license. Somerset Community College is an approved provider for the State of Kentucky Department of Insurance to offer the required 20 hours for pre-licensing for Life & Health agents.
