This is a three-week course that will teach concepts on how to build and lead resilient teams. Why do you need a resilient team? In any organization, getting the work done can be hard—sometimes really hard. Resilient teams thrive in challenging environments because they can overcome adversity and then adapt and grow together. Leaders build resilient teams by creating a positive climate, developing cohesion, and providing purpose.
RBLP is our core leader certification. This certification level is appropriate for any manager responsible for one or more teams’ morale, teamwork, motivation, and commitment. Managers who earn and maintain this certification can build and lead resilient teams.
**Course and Exam are both GI Bill eligible.**
