Building and Leading Resilient Teams Professional Trainer (RBLP-T)   

RBLP-T is our trainer certification. This certification is for senior managers with organizational learning and development (L&D) responsibilities. Senior managers who earn this certification can teach authorized training courses that prepare people for the RBLP series of leader certification exams

**Course and Exam are both GI Bill eligible.**

Training Requirement: Seven (7) learning modules requiring 6 hours of student preparation and 3 contact hours of instructor-led live group discussion per module. 

This is an 7-week course that will teach concepts on how to build and lead resilient teams. Why do you need a resilient team? Because in any organization, getting the work done can be hard. Sometimes, it can be really hard. Resilient teams thrive in challenging environments because they can overcome adversity and then adapt and grow together. Leaders build resilient teams by creating a positive climate, developing cohesion, and providing purpose. Building resilient teams makes team learning possible. Team learning is the foundation of organizational learning and change. 

RBLP Trainer certified leaders can request approval to teach our exam prep courses in their organizations. They can also teach exam prep courses for our Training and Education Partners.

7 Modules include:

  • Orientation/Introduction to Class 
  • Module 1 Lesson: Raise morale in the workplace by creating a positive climate for people to work in.
  • Module 2 Lesson: Boost teamwork by developing cohesion among team members.
  • Module 3 Lesson: Improve motivation and commitment by providing purpose in the workplace.
  • Module 4 Lesson: Increase the team’s ability to solve problems and overcome challenges by facilitating team learning (part 1).
  • Module 5 Lesson: Increase the team’s ability to solve problems and overcome challenges by facilitating team learning (part 2).
  • Module 6 Lesson: Enhance the organization’s ability to change and compete by supporting organizational learning (part 1).
  • Module 7 Lesson: Enhance the organization’s ability to change and compete by supporting organizational learning (part 2).

To earn the RBLP-T certification, you must pass a 3.5-hour oral exam with RBLP at an additional cost. 

The American Council on Education (ACE) recommends three (3) semester hours of credit at the upper-division baccalaureate level in Applied Leadership for the RBLP Trainer certification exam (must complete training and exam. See the ACE Credit College and University Network.
