What is the purpose of this course? This course serves as a supplemental tool to help you prepare for the SHRM certification exam. It provides structured guidance on exam material and strategies for success, but it is designed to complement your individual study efforts, not replace them.

How much time should I commit to studying? You should set aside a minimum of 5 hours weekly for studying and reviewing course materials. Consistency is key to retention and mastery of the material. 

Best advice on this course and taking the exam: Don't procrastinate—the material cannot be effectively learned through last-minute cramming.
