What does gender have to do with it?  It can have a great deal to do with communication breakdown in any organization.  Research shows there are similarities in our communication patterns, but there are also distinct differences in how we approach and react when communicating with people of different genders.  These differences begin early in our lives and continue to influence our interactions as long as we can communicate.  This session will illuminate important gender considerations when collaborating and communicating with people of various genders.  Come and learn about your strengths and weaknesses in communicating with people from other genders as well as strategies to improve your communication to enhance your experience and effectiveness within any organization.
