First Aid & CPR   

Be prepared to respond when it matters most. This CPR & First Aid course provides hands-on training in life-saving skills needed to respond confidently in emergency situations at work, home, or in the community.

Participants will learn how to:

  • Recognize and respond to cardiac, breathing, and first aid emergencies

  • Perform CPR for adults, children, and infants

  • Use an Automated External Defibrillator (AED)

  • Manage choking, bleeding, shock, and common injuries

This course is ideal for caregivers, teachers, childcare providers, coaches, healthcare support staff, and anyone wanting to be prepared in an emergency. Upon successful completion, participants will receive a nationally recognized CPR & First Aid certification.

No prior experience required.
