This course meets the Kentucky license requirement for continuing education for Master & Journeyman HVAC. This Continuing education course offers an introduction to the various facets of establishing, operating, and owning an electrical contracting business. Topics covered include legal forms of business organizations, financial and accounting issues, risk management and insurance, marketing, production, and human resource requirements, OSHA Safety Regulations for skilled trades like Electrical, Plumbing, and HVAC; Retirement planning and workman’s compensation issues. Quality management techniques will also be addressed.
