Accountability - Virtual class offered via Microsoft Teams. Through this workshop, participants will be able to: Understand the positive and important role accountability plays in both their personal and professional lives, Be able to accurately define personal and professional accountability as a positive tool for improvement, Recognize the importance and benefits of accountability, Appreciate and be able to explain the roles and responsibilities to apply work place accountability, Identify the eight principles of accountability and how they apply in both their work place and personal lives, Apply the concepts of - Escaping the "Victim cycle", Living above the line, The steps of accountability seeing Reality, Ownership of the situation, Solving the problem, Executing the accountability, Start working together to build a healthy, vibrant, culture of accountability in the workplace.
