This class will focus on creating pots for plants. It is easy to make a planter, but participants will be challenged to make planters with the needs of plants in mind as well. Wheel throwing and hand-building techniques will be taught to create the best vessel for your plants. Drawing inspiration from plants will be addressed and textural and painted designs will be utilized as motifs for the finished products. Perfect gifts for people who love gardening and pottery. Pots will be bisque and glaze fired.
